- Our Helpline Operators responding the calls are lay counselors trained in basic counseling skills. Helpline Operators are supported by Helpline supervisors who are trained in basic counseling and child and adolescence psychotherapy with the focus on interpersonal therapy. We have an established referral mechanism to psychotherapy services for those clients who need additional support of specialized services.
